This multi-dimensional curiosity scale is based on the studies by T.B. Kashan and al: “The Five-Dimensional Curiosity Scale” and “Curiosity has Comprehensive Benefits in the Workplace” and has been adapted to the corporate world, modified and improved to be offered to managers and their employees.
