Reboot inc., the company that publishes this site, works differently from a standard consulting firm on the usual NAF code 7022Z. Reboot inc. is in fact a publishing house that produces content that is enriching, innovative and sometimes iconoclastic for anyone interested in innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership. That content comes from my experience as a consultant and company director, from the clients I have worked with at some point in their journey and from the people I have met along the way.
At Reboot inc., my small team and I believe that sharing knowledge and experience is the key to innovation. My podcasts reflect that philosophy.
So put your headphones on, settle in and let these stories carry you along. Enjoy the listen.

Chroniques managériales
“Chroniques managériales” interviews managers, company directors and authors about the daily practice of management, with stories told by the people who keep the organisation running and embody its management day to day.

Iconolaste
Iconoclaste is a series of interviews with iconoclastic people whose ideas and singular experiences bring rich and stimulating perspectives.
So what is an iconoclast? I am not completely sure yet, although I do have my own idea, having written an article on the subject and given a talk on iconoclasts at TedXAlsace.
I am at the start of the road with the recording of this Iconoclaste podcast, but for now I am working from the idea that an iconoclast has these traits:
- Uses the system while staying outside the system
- Shows their difference without fear of looking ridiculous
- Cannot solve a problem they have already met in the same way twice
- Cannot copy something without adding to it
- Has people around them socially
- Respects the past, except when everything has to be blown up.
The purpose of this podcast is to understand how someone becomes an iconoclast. You can find here the manifesto of the iconoclast at work.
