To turn your session into practical action
Workshops and masterclasses. The professional world keeps changing, and ongoing training on its own no longer meets every need. Traditional methods are still relevant, but they need to be complemented by more interactive and targeted approaches that answer the specific challenges we face today.
With that in mind, I am pleased to present a broader range of learning formats suited to your needs: workshops and masterclasses.
The workshop is a space for experimentation
When I talk about a workshop, I mean far more than a working session. In my view, a workshop is first of all a laboratory for innovation and experimentation.
From spectator to participant through collaborative immersion
Say goodbye to sessions where you simply sit and watch. I design my workshops as active playing fields where exploration and collaboration lead the way. Every participant takes part in hands-on activities, lively debate and realistic scenarios.
Every workshop I run is an invitation to active learning. Through a series of practical exercises, group discussions and focused case studies, participants are encouraged to get to the heart of a subject, sharpen their skills and build concrete strategies.
Turn your ideas into workable strategies
In my workshops, every participant is invited to take part, exchange ideas and collaborate.
This is the ideal opportunity to apply new ideas, absorb new knowledge and work actively with others. Together we tackle complex problems, debate innovative solutions and discover practical tools that bring your ideas and strategies to life.
In short, my workshops are spaces where creativity meets strategy, all in a collaborative and stimulating setting.
Collaborative experience and innovation
I firmly believe that to reach the heart and the mind of an audience, a workshop has to be more than a structured session. It has to be a source of inspiration. With that in mind, I work to share relevant insights, introduce new concepts and prompt a shared realisation, so that everyone is fully involved and leaves with solid skills.
Discovery, debate and deployment
The length of these workshops adapts to your needs and expectations as they change. Today, most of my clients ask for 45 minute talks, including questions and answers.
That brevity certainly captures and holds the attention of the audience while delivering a strong message, but it has a second effect: the audience is frustrated at not getting answers to every question raised. That is what makes the workshop a popular complement to a talk.
Whether you want to give your team a source of inspiration, pass on valuable know-how or keep them up to date with the latest trends in your sector, my workshops are built to meet those needs.
My aim is that every participant leaves the room with a clearer view, renewed motivation and a strong desire to act.
Benefits of a workshop
You increase the curiosity and openness of your teams, measured by a post session survey on their interest in new projects or initiatives.
Participants start internal discussions after the session about the topics covered, which shows they want to take them further.
You see the concrete solutions presented during the workshop put into action, which shows the direct impact of the session on the practices of your organisation.
You get the proportion of managers and executives who review or adapt their strategy in line with the new perspectives and insights shared.
Encourage action so that participants start at least one concrete initiative or project drawn directly from the concepts and ideas discussed during the session.
Discover
I bring points for reflection on the changes under way, along with tools and real examples.
Exchange
We share ideas and examples drawn from your own practices and from those of pioneering organisations.
Deploy
We find innovative, suitable and reliable solutions to build collective momentum.
The masterclass is a more focused experience
In short, the workshop and the masterclass are both formats built around your own issue. The workshop uses tools to address it and the masterclass draws on the experience of someone who has been through the same situation as you.
Each masterclass is designed as a distinct experience, where participants are invited to discover new perspectives and to commit fully to the pursuit of excellence by talking with the person leading the session. A talk does not allow for that.
When the tool meets lived experience
Each masterclass is an invitation to share lived experience and to put in place tools or methods that solve a problem or launch a new project.
Designed for people who want to improve and to act, it combines solid theory, immersive practice and instructive accounts of real experience.
The aim is to offer deep and lasting change to every participant. All of it in a setting that supports development and growth.
Storytelling in the service of action
At the heart of these masterclasses, led by me, by a member of my team or by an expert identified and invited for the occasion, you will find honest advice, valuable first-hand accounts and an exploration of proven strategies.
A masterclass is a full and intensive immersion in a specific field that goes beyond passing on knowledge.
Beyond the experience, a community
Beyond the technical learning, these masterclasses are spaces for exchange and sharing. They give you the chance to look closely at the specific issues of your sector or your role, while drawing on the expertise of seasoned professionals.
These masterclasses are meeting points where lived experience mixes with expertise.
Benefits of a masterclass
Because the scope of a masterclass is narrower than that of a training course, participants raise their level of skill in the field covered.
Up to 70% of participants apply at least one of the proven strategies presented during the masterclass within the following 3 months.
You increase collaboration or internal discussion after the masterclass, which reflects the value of the exchanges and the sharing during the session.
Participants retain the lessons and methodologies shared for longer, which has a positive effect on their professional performance.
Make sure that the large majority of participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues in their sector or role, and of the professional challenges and opportunities they see.
